Rhodes Landing is a picturesque property, located in northwest Alabama on the outskirts of the Shoals. Its lush landscape of gently rolling hills, manicured acres of lawns, greenery, and trees, along with its graceful gazebo centered in a large pond, offer a serene and idyllic setting for special gatherings. Weddings, showers, reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, or any corporate or social function is sure to be an unrivaled success at Rhodes Landing.

The Rhodes Landing event venue majestically rises from within the pastoral scene, greeting guests with breathtaking beauty. From the first glimpse of the gated entry, to the expansive, curved, twenty-foot, handcrafted iron and glass doorways, everything about the property is immediately impressive. Visitors enjoy sweeping views of the 75-acre venue grounds, as well as the adjacent Rhodes Estate, which stretches the entire property across 99 acres, including the nearby creek. Every inch of the property is picture-perfect for capturing your special moments on film.

The details matter

The spacious venue boasts a Grand Hall, a speak-easy bar, and a side room which overlooks the large outdoor patio and fountain, as well as the gazebo on the pond. Sparkling chandeliers, tasteful florals, and magnificent paintings adorn the space in understated elegance. Everything serves as a beautiful backdrop on which you can design your dream event. There are two bridal suites, a groom’s suite, and a separate kitchen for your catering pleasure. Depending on the size of your guest list, indoor and outdoor spaces are each available to suit your needs.

Nestled into an extended landscape, Rhodes Estate has long been a local landmark where lifelong memories were made with family and friends. The estate was home to Tim and Doris Rhodes, the parents of Beth Rhodes Dorsett, who developed Rhodes Landing to be a premiere wedding and event venue as a legacy to their love.

Lifetime of Love

A lifetime of love

High school sweethearts, Tim and Doris were married January 6, 1973. After her parents perished in a plane crash on July 28, 2020,  Beth was determined to honor them in every way possible. She chose to commemorate her father’s business acumen through BRAVO Properties. She also wanted to memorialize her mother’s heart for people and her appreciation of everything lovely. Doris never met a stranger. Her passion was to orchestrate occasions to bring friends and family together. Thus, a venue where people gather to make special memories is a fitting tribute to her spirit. In fact, the calla lily shown in the Rhodes Landing logo represents Doris’s favorite flower.
